I have one simple goal, to improve quality of life by strengthening, mobilising and re aligning the body. I aim to make Pilates a way of life for my clients. I want them to hear my voice persistently reminding them to ‘engage the core’ when they are gardening, driving, typing, dancing, running and walking. I want them to look forward to class each week not only because of the physical benefits but also the psychological. I aim high, but I’ve seen wonderful results in my 8 years of teaching. I have arguably the best job in the world.
I founded ‘Pilates with Zoë’ 8 years ago when I retrained as an instructor after working for 10 years in the advertising industry. I now also have qualifications in sports and remedial massage allowing me to provide a more ‘hands on’ approach to rehabilitation. I run eight group Matwork Pilates Classes a week and three 30 minute PHIIT (Pilates High Intensity Interval Training) Classes per week. I also offer Private Classes all from CMAC in the heart of Claygate Village.
