PHIIT is the unlikely marriage of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Pilates.  In just 30 minutes it delivers a challenging session designed to strengthen core, mobilise joints, build stamina and consequently burn calories.

PHIIT is NOT high impact, I want you to maintain your form and alignment.  PHIIT is for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates method and have no acute health conditions. All are welcome to a free trial session.

All Clients must sign a health waiver before attending PHIIT.
