Pilates is a form of exercise that requires a real connection between mind and body. External distractions or only being able to attend a mat class once a week can make progression a much slower process.
Our retreats enable you to totally switch off from your everyday stresses, allowing you to focus entirely on yourself.
Join us for a weekend of fabulous food, long walks in the countryside, bike rides and spot of pampering. With a minimum 1-2 Pilates classes a day you will leave with a deeper understanding of the Pilates method, some wonderful memories and newly forged friendships.
