Intro sessions equip you with the basics one to one, so I can ensure once you join a group you understand how to move safely. It also gives you an opportunity to discuss with me any health issues you may have, goals and objectives in private. Please note an intro session is in no way obligatory.
Private classes are ideal for those Clients who need a little more ‘one on one’ time. These hour long sessions can be tailored to meet specific remedial needs or to achieve desired health/fitness objectives. One to one, one to two or small groups. Please note, any cancellation of a private session must be made 24hrs before the class or the full fee will be charged.
Block booking is available at a 10% price reduction for 6 sessions or more.
