PHIT is the unlikely marriage of HIT (High Intensity Training) and Pilates. In just 30 minutes it delivers a challenging session designed to strengthen core, mobilise joints, build stamina and consequently burn calories.
PHIT is NOT high impact, form and alignment are paramount. Equally it does not involve intervals, we move continuously within the 30 short minutes we have. PHIT is for Clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates method and have no acute health conditions. All are welcome to a free trial session.

After various efforts with personal trainers I finally plucked up courage to get in touch with Zoe and try Pilates. Am so glad I did! Two years on and I now do three sessions a week with a mix of matwork, PHIT and reformer- it is safe to say I love it! Could not do without it now and would do it every day if I could, you feel stronger physically and mentally. Zoe is an excellent teacher with the perfect balance of warmth, fun, encouragement and enough no nonsense to make you achieve more than you thought you could. Highly recommend her.
Zoe’s classes are fabulous. We always progress each week and test our bodies gaining strength and length. I wish I could take her class every day.
I love all three of Zoe's classes - Matwork, Phiit and Reformer - and never fail to feel energised at the end of every lesson. Her subject knowledge is first-class and her relaxed teaching style puts everyone at ease. Don't ever move from Claygate Zoe!!

I attend PHIT each week and have done ever since Zoe started it. Zoe is great - a wonderful balance of technical knowledge and making classes fun. And there is no shame when I fall off the ironically named 'stability' ball! Seriously, it has improved my fitness and core strength and is a fab start to my working week.
Really enjoyed Zoe’s matwork classes for over 8 years now. She has a wide knowledge of and a passion for pilates. And this year have become addicted to her fantastic reformer classes in the lovely garden studio.
