Great Oak Farm, Kent

We've searched near and far and have finally found the perfect location to host this very special event.

Great Oak Farm is a luxurious rural retreat based near Eastry in the beautiful garden of England. It’s the perfect location and ideal venue to host our first Reformer and Matwork retreat, only 2 hours from London, close to local beaches, historic towns and stunning country walks.

The farm has been beautifully renovated exuding understated luxury, with large entertaining spaces, uniquely designed double bedrooms and bathrooms and an idyllic walled garden should we be blessed with good weather, and if not, the indoor spa area is the perfect chill out zone.

All bedrooms are equipped with 400 thread count sheets and natural duvets and bathrooms stocked with Malin & Gotoez goodies.

We have priced each room individually and according to spec. All details are on the attached PDF.

Classes:

We're taking the reformers on a road trip to Kent!

Myself and my partner in crime, Claire Limbrick, will host several small group Reformer and Matwork classes throughout your stay ranging from high intensity, dynamic flow to restorative and classical Pilates. You may dip and and out at your will.

Food and drink:

Claire is a qualified nutritionist and avid adopter of a plant based diet, we believe food feeds both the body and soul. We want you to be well fuelled throughout your stay where taste and nourishment are top of the list when chosing our caterers. The menu will lean towards plant based but not exclusively and will be locally and seasonally sourced. You wont leave feeling hungry or disappointed.

Extra's:

We couldn't host a retreat weekend without enlisting the help of some experts in 'feel good' treatments and therapies. You will have to option to indulge in a little pampering at an extra cost.

We only have 2 full days at the retreat but fully intend to get out and about and expereince the local area. A walk to a nearby historic town and/or a trip to the beach, weather allowing. More on this a little nearer the time.

After various efforts with personal trainers I finally plucked up courage to get in touch with Zoe and try Pilates. Am so glad I did! Two years on and I now do three sessions a week with a mix of matwork, PHIT and reformer- it is safe to say I love it!
